North West Casual Classics

North West Casual Classics is the leading multi-make classic car club in the North West of England. Based in Warrington, we have a monthly club night on the second Tuesday of the month where we discuss club issues of the day, have a charity raffle and a fun quiz. We have also had special nights with guest speakers, including Fuzz Townsend of Car SOS fame.
During a typical year members can be found at over twenty shows including our own show at Newton-le-Willows Town Show and, throughout the year, raise funds for a nominated charity.

After discovering that the kitchen canopy on my mini caravan had become rotten in places. so I decided to replace the whole thing. <br />Now I'm no expert, far from it, I didn't have a clue what I was doing but I'm giving it a go anyway. <br />pt2 to follow shortly.
Tatton 2023 Jubilee Event.
New Year's Day at The Junction, Rainford. The day was dry and not too cold for the time of year, so there was a good turnout. Hot drinks and bacon butties were available in the marquee and the pub serves a great carvery for lunch. It's hoped to make this a regular event for the future.
The annual show at the St. Helens Museum of Transport was, thankfully, resumed in 2021. It was held on 31st October (Halloween) an features, not only the resident buses and invited car clubs and individual owners, but also classic lorries, display cases with models and memorabilia. In rooms at the back of the hall, the model railway club opened up for a mini-exhibition.
The club road run at the end of the season, which we try to make different each year. Starting from the car park of our monthly meeting location, we end with a pub lunch, a raffle and awarding a trophy to the owner of the landlord/manager's favourite car.
This is the club's 25th Anniversary Show held at the Burtonwood Heritage Centre, Warrington. The show should have taken place in 2020, the club having been formed in 1995, but was postponed until 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
