PAID MEMBERS NOTICE.
Information for those members who have booked for the Frodsham Rotary show on 28th July.
The entry gate will be open from 7-30am at the community centre in Fluin Lane.
Car and driver entry is free but any passengers are requested to make a donation of £2 each but larger amounts are gratefully accepted as the money will be used to support various charities.
Upon arrival the marshals will ask a couple of questions.
1.Have you already registered?The answer is yes.
2.Are you with a club?Again the answer is yes.
You will then be directed to the car club area in the bottom field,please use hazard warning lights (if fitted)and keep your speed down to walking pace please.
Please also note that there are to be ZERO vehicle movements before 4pm so as to comply with the insurance conditions.
